"Perhaps he might feign obtuseness on the history of the practice of exploiting the labor of Black women for commercial gain" This quote from your writing piece speaks to what I deal with as a black educator often. I loved and connected heavily, I thank you for using your gift of writing as an art to speak to our souls. Just impeccable!

I wish I could say I stay unbothered when things like this have happened to me but I actually get very annoyed. I have had several people take my exact idea and present it as their own and it just feels like they are playing in my face. Luckily my creativity and talent are abundant, and I am filled with a million ideas but I still cringe and roll my eyes when I see these copycats flexing and being celebrated for being biters.

I've never been in this kind of horrid situation, so I don't know how I'd process it. You've been violated!!! While I believe that this person will have to pay for this crime someday, it doesn't fix things for you, and I hate this happened to you :(
